Nora Joseph Crouch

Nora Joseph Crouch, 101, of Morningside Assisted Living, passed away February 7, 2015. She was born October 7, 1913 in Cheraw, SC, daughter of the late George and Lula Joseph. Nora was a member of Loray Baptist Church in Gastonia. She is survived by her sister, Mary Frances Taweel of Newnan, GA; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Reid Crouch; brother, Fred Joseph and sisters, Alice Joseph Kennedy and Rosa Herring. A graveside service will be held 2:30 pm Saturday at Gaston Memorial Park officiated by the Rev. Jerry Millwood. The family will receive friends 1 - 2:00 pm prior to the service at Greene Funeral Service - South Chapel - 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia. Memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice - PO Box 3984, Gastonia, NC 28054. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
