Nena Olivia Gonzalez, 64, of Dallas, NC, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2022, at her daughter's residence in Bessemer City, NC.
She was born February 7, 1958, daughter of Ruth Olivia Grant Creasman and the late Fred Hamrick.
Nena enjoyed reading in her spare time. She was knowledgeable of history and loved her grandchildren.
In addition to her father, Nena was preceded in death by her sister, Rhonda Phifer; and nephew Josh Phifer.
In addition to her mother, Libby Creasman, Nena is survived by her daughters, Samantha Gonzalez-Hamrick and Tabitha Gonzalez-Hamrick; brother, Benji Creasman; sisters, Nita Lucas and Quita Vellers; and grandchildren, Scarlet Mathis and William Linville.
