Nancy Phyllis Nielson

Nancy Phyllis Nielson, 81, passed away, Tuesday, December 27, at her residence.  She was born December 17, 1935 in Oregon City, OR and was the daughter of the late Harvey and Orilla Freeze.  Nancy was a wonderful mom and a great, grandmother.  She was an accomplished musician, playing the violin and piano.  Left to cherish her memories are her sons, Richard Nielson, Marty Nielson, David (Rosana) Nielson; daughter, Tina (Dennis) Anderson; grandchildren, Jeffery, Tia, Tucker, Ian and Isabella; 3 great grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held 2 pm Saturday, December 31, at Catawba Heights Baptist Church, Belmont NC.
