Nancy Beavers Herron

Nancy Ann Herron, 64, of Lowell, NC, went to be with the Lord on April 1, 2022, at her home.

She was born September 23, 1957, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Arlene Luella Jones Hardy.

In addition to her mother, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Herron.

Nancy was a member of Trinity Full Gospel Church in Stanley, NC.  She loved the Lord and her family.  She liked Pioneer Woman cookware, teddy bears, and sending cards out to her family and friends, whom she loved dearly.  She had a gentle, humble spirit and was a strong woman that never gave up on serving the Lord.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Melissa Welch, and Kimberly Mooney and husband James B. Mooney, Jr.; brothers, Wayne Beavers and Tommy Beavers; sisters, Wanda Eller, Brenda Bell, and Linda Foster; and grandchildren, Devyn Welch, Chesnee Crotts, and Sierra Crotts.  She is also survived by many special friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 7, 2022, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 216 Archie Whitesides Road, Gastonia, NC 28052.

A service to celebrate the life of Nancy will be held Friday, April 8, 2022, at 2:00 pm, officiated by Pastor David Livingston, at Trinity Full Gospel Church, 303 Sunset Drive, Stanley, NC 28164.  Interment will follow the service at Westview Gardens, 1123 Edgewood Road, Bessemer City, NC.
