Mulford "Bud" Meadows, Iii

Mulford "Bud" Meadows, III, 51, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

He was born August 26, 1970, in Cuyahoga Co, OH, son of Sharon Kay Greene Meadows and the late Mulford Harry Meadows, Jr.

Bud was a member of South Point Freewill Baptist Church, Belmont. He was happily married for 29 years, and was a Godly man. He loved his daughters, and Ohio State University Football. Bud had a very unique sense of humor.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth Greene.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Kathy Meadows; daughters, Heather Meadows, Allyson Meadows, and Avery Meadows; brothers, Michael Meadows, and Matthew Meadows and wife, Melanie; sisters, Melissa Pointer and husband, James, and Elizabeth Wymer and husband, Jay; one grandchild on the way, due August 22; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A celebration of life service, officiated by Pastor Michael Byrd, will be held 1pm, Saturday, February 5, 2022 at South Point Freewill Baptist Church - 297 Gaither Rd, Belmont, NC 28012 .

Family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service at the church.
