Molly "Ma" Lydia Rumfelt

Molly Lydia "Ma" Rumfelt of Dallas, NC, passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 70. She was born on December 23, 1953, in Gaston County, NC.

Molly was a skilled spinner in the textile industry and met the love of her life there. She loved cooking and was known for her delicious buttermilk biscuits. Spending time outdoors was one of her favorite pastimes, and she particularly enjoyed gardening and adored lilies, her favorite flower. Her grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she would always light up when spending time with them.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Rebecca Pearson (David); grand daughters, Amanda Morris (Chris) and Kelly Pearson; great grandchildren, Jaxon, Kensley, Alex, James, and Lucas; brothers, William Holt (Sue) and Isaac Holt "Junior" (Sherry); sister, Patricia Harper. Molly's warmth, love, and cooking will be remembered by all who knew her.

Molly was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Steve Rumfelt; parents, Isaac and Lillie Holt; son, Stevie Rumfelt and numerous other brothers and sisters.
