Misty Wray Clemmer

Misty Wray Clemmer, 51, passed away on December 2, 2025, in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Born on November 8, 1974, in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, Misty brought warmth and joy to those around her throughout her life.

Misty was a devoted Christian who cherished her church family deeply. Her faith was a guiding light in her life and a source of strength and comfort. She loved Carolina Panthers football and signaling a touchdown when the Panthers scored. She also found joy in the simple pleasures-soft stuffed animals that brought her comfort, beaded necklaces she loved to wear or admire, and the color purple, which reflected her vibrant spirit.

Above all else, Misty loved her family. She shared a close bond with her father, Austin Clemmer; her brother Joel Clemmer and his wife Katie; and her beloved nieces Audrianna and Kaleigh Clemmer. She also held dear her Aunt Estelle and Uncle Larry Price, as well as cousins Tammy Montgomery and Scott Price. Misty's heart was full of love for each of them.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patty Wray, and her stepmother Beverly Clemmer-both of whom held special places in Misty's heart.

Misty's presence will be missed by all who knew and loved her. May her memory bring comfort to those she leaves behind. A Memorial Service will be held on December 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM at East Garrison Baptist Church 1226 E Garrison Blvd Gastonia.
