Minnie Wright Breakfield, 66, of Shelby, passed away January 17, 2016, at her home.
She was born November 13, 1949, in Kings Mountain, daughter of the late Hardy Wright and Eliza Millen Wright.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Rachel Hill.
The family will receive friends 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
Mrs. Breakfield is survived her loving husband, Carl Breakfield; son, William Heffner and wife, Tracy; daughter, Laura Stearns and husband, John; seven grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; cousin, Doug Eaves and wife, Kaye.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Emanuel Wright.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
