Mickey Morris Davidson

Mickey Morris Davidson, 81, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at his residence.

He was born February 26, 1943, in Gastonia, NC, to the late Luther and Etoulia Davidson.

Mickey was a veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoyed fishing in his spare time. He loved all of his dogs and his bird Fruit Loop. Mickey was a machinist and HVAC repairman for many years.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son-in-law Chris Owens, who was his best friend.

Mickey is survived by his daughters, Jean Owens, Teresa Bates (Donny); grandchildren, Jennifer Keopraseuth (Newy), Danielle Barreto (Luis); great-grandchildren, Katlyn and Kaden.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, July 29, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd. Gastonia, NC.
