Michelle Dellinger

Michelle Garrett Dellinger, 55, of Lincolnton, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born on December 14, 1965, in Shelby, NC, to Imogene "Jean" Franks and the late Fredrick Garrett.

Michelle loved her family, and she never met a stranger.

In addition to her father, Michelle was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Dellinger, and sister, Ruby Bradshaw.

Left to cherish Michelle's memories are her sons, David Dellinger (Jessica), and Kenneth Dellinger (Deanna); daughters, Tina Dellinger (Bill Shuster),  Gina Dellinger (Bo), and Tabatha Drawdy (Gabe Taylor); brothers, Mark Franks (Holly), Marvin Franks (Tina) and Terry Garrett (Melinda); sister, Debbie Postell (Doug); special grandchildren, Alex Drew, Kimberly Spurrier, and Jonathon Campbell; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor John Houser, will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, July 23, 2021, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC, 28052.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment to follow the service at Hollywood Cemetery, Gastonia.
