Michael Sheets

Michael Sheets of Gastonia died on February 12, 2025, at Robin Johnson House in Dallas.  "Sheets" grew up in Gastonia after a brief stay in Hawaii when his dad was stationed there.  He was the son of the late Harold "Buddy" Sheets and Glenda Laughridge Sheets.

Mike graduated from Hunter Huss High School and Gaston College with a degree in Machining Technology.

Mike is survived by his wife, Linda Keller Sheets, children, Kristy Parker, Jay England, and Amy Brown (Scott), grandchildren Sean and Justin Parker, Carson Waller, Sarah Brown, Mallory and Joseph England.

Mike has many beloved friends who will miss his sense of humor and his quick wit.  A celebration of his life will be held soon, and services will be private.
