Michael Shane Schronce

Michael Shane Schronce, 46 of Kings Mountain, NC born September 13, 1976, passed away February 1, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.

Shane was a loving husband, son, and father. He enjoyed all sports, family game nights, riding his motorcycle, and playing pool. There was never a dull moment with Shane. It was a guarantee that you would be filled with laughter, due to his infectious personality.

Shane was preceded in death by his father Johnny Schronce and his brother Travis Caskey, both of Lincolnton, NC.

Shane is survived by his mother, Sabina Dellinger; wife, Ashley Worthy Schronce; daughter, Taylor Davis; sons, Trevor and Dalton Schronce; daughter, Kazai Powers; daughter, Madison Schronce; step-sons, Dylan Abernathy and Darian Jewell; two grandchildren, Lainey and Grayson Davis; niece, Kylee Caskey; and many friends and family members.

A service to celebrate Shane's life, officiated by Rev. Dennis Harmon, will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. at Sunrise Baptist Church, 208 Mail Road, Kings Mountain, NC, 28086.
