Michael Anthony "Mike" Grant

Michael Anthony "Mike" Grant, 55, of Gastonia, entered into his heavenly home on Monday, Nov. 28, 2016.

He was born in Gastonia, NC on Oct. 7, 1961 to Don and Margaret Grant, Sr.

He attended Hunter Huss High School and was a US Navy veteran.

Mike was a loving son, father, brother, and friend.

In addition to his parents, Don and Margaret Grant, Sr., Mike will be lovingly remembered by his son, Matt Grant; brothers, Don Grant, Jr. and Tim Grant; sister-in-law Donna Grant; niece Bailey Grant; nephews, Alex Grant, Chandler Grant, and Seth Grant, all of Gastonia, NC; aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Karen Flowers of Gastonia, NC.

The Family will receive friends from 5:30-7:00 pm on Thursday, Dec 1, 2016 at Greene Funeral Service – West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia.

A celebration of life service will follow at 7:00 pm. officiated by the Rev. Roger Overton Jr.

Interment will be private.
