Brad Splawn, 43, of Bessemer City, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.
He was born July 20, 1979, in Gastonia to the late, Glenn and Linda Carpenter Splawn.
Brad enjoyed music, fishing, and especially his family.
He is survived by his wife of over seventeen years, Tommi Splawn; daughter, Jessica Splawn; brothers, Randy Splawn (Lori), Steve Splawn (Lisa), Scott Splawn (Melanie); two nieces, Shannon Hampton, Kristina Bradley; six nephews, Adrian Splawn, Joshua Splawn, Zackery Bradley, Zak Splawn, Luke Splawn, Logan Splawn; six great-nephews; one great-niece; numerous cousins and great friends.
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Ronnie Pendleton and Pastor Seth Barkley, will be held at Chapel Grove Baptist Church, 716 Camp Rotary Road, Gastonia, NC, on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 2:00 pm. burial will follow at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:00 at the church.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, Gastonia.
