Michael Lloyd Auten

Michael Auten, 70, of Cramerton, NC, passed away September 15, 2024, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.

He was born March 24, 1954, in Gaston County, NC, to the late Lloyd and Geneva Auten.

In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by brothers, Donald Eugene Auten and Larry Auten.

Mike was a jack-of-all trades. He could fix anything. He was the best at giving birthday presents. He was a great dad!

He is survived by his partner of over 30 years, Sharon Wright; a son, Michael Eugene Auten and wife, Jeleta; grandchildren, Mckenzie Nicholson and husband Devin, and Colby Michael Auten; brother, Edward Auten and wife Carol; sister, Patricia Gillelan; and lots of nieces and nephews.
