Mermon Joseph Lewis

Mermon Joseph Lewis, 77, of Denver, passed away March 12, 2018 at his residence.
He was born September 6, 1940 in Gaston County, the son of the late Doc Lewis and Maybell Moore Lewis.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Patsy Ghorley Lewis; sons Michael Lewis and wife Pat, Troy Lewis and wife Leslie; daughter Netha Robbins and husband Joey; twelve grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; special sister-in-law Elizabeth Hilton; special friends Becky and Ron Jordan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Randall Lewis; sisters Mary Lou Satterfield, Peggy Lewis, Eva Davis; brothers Clarence, Fred and Willie Lewis.
All services will be private.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
