Mary Sue "Susie" Jones, 72, passed away on October 22, 2019 at Atrium Health Kings Mountain.
She was born on March 16, 1947 in Greeneville, SC, the daughter of the late John Bruce Walker and Pearl Ballew Walker.
Susie is survived by her loving husband, William Lonnie Jones Jr.; sons, Lonnie Dale Jones, Terry Lynn Jones, and Anthony Lewis Jones; daughter, Tammy Roxann Jones; sister, Brenda Meredith; grandchildren, Christopher and Daniel Jones, Hayley Mitchell, Allen Howard, Nevaeh and Landon Bill; great-grandchildren, Tabitha, Gracelynn and Chloey Harris; niece, Holly "Sissy" Bill; and nephew, Jeremy Bill.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Thomas James Jones; grandson, Brian Jones; and brothers, Thomas James Walker and Carl Bruce Walker.
All services are private.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
