Mary Sue Mills Sessoms

Mary Sue Mills Sessoms, 63, of Kings Mountain, passed away on May 13, 2015 at her home. She was born July 2, 1951 in Haywood County daughter of the late Elbert Lee Mills Jr. and Bertie Webb Mills. A celebration of Mrs. Sessoms life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by the Rev. Larry Laws . The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain. Mrs. Sessoms is survived by son, Deany Hannah (Melinda) of Kings Mountain; daughters, Karen and Kimberly Hannah both of Kings Mountain; brothers, Bill and Carroll Mills; sister, Georgia Greene; grandchildren, Ashley, Tiffany, Deany, Casey, Thomas, Sasha, Devin, Deanna, Faith, Cherish, Jerel; sixteen great - grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant son; brother Floyd Mills; sister, Wanda Guy. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
