Mary Jane Merrill Cloninger

Mary Jane Merrill Cloninger slipped from this Earth to Heaven early Monday morning.  Her battle with illness has been ongoing. Miraculously she has thrived in recent months where she lived at Belaire Nursing home. Her family is grateful to the staff at Belaire for the tender care of her.

She was a beacon of hope and inspiration for so many people.

She loved her job at Citizens South Bank and Belk's Department Store. She cherished her co-workers and friends and always delighted in seeing them. She had a wonderful and sweet loving family who were with her every step of her journey in this life. She leaves behind her Big Brother John Flay Merrill and Sister Tish Merrill and a host of cousins and friends.

She is reunited with her Husband John Charles Cloninger and Parents John and Mary Merrill who journeyed to Heaven before her.

She was loved. She will be missed. The Heavens are brighter with her in it.

Memorial Service will be Saturday February 17th at First Baptist Church in Cramerton at 5pm at 235 8th Ave and the visitation will be after the service at Mayworth School Apartments Community Room next to the church.
