Mary Lina Martin

Mary Lina Martin, 74, of Gastonia, passed away September 30, 2015 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. She was born December 25, 1940 a native of Gaston County, the daughter of the late Paul and Marie Harding. Mary was baptized at Victory Baptist Church. She was a wonderful mother, great friend and never met a stranger. She was very grateful to all the patrons and friends she met while owning Robinwood Market. Left to cherish her memories are her sons Richard Martin and wife Mary and Alan Martin; sister, Thelma; grandchildren Anthony, Matthew, and Nathan; step-granddaughter Allison and beloved pets that will all miss her dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James O. Martin and sons Jeff and Robert. All services are private. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
