Mary Katheryn Ledford

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Katheryn Ledford, a beloved teacher who dedicated 15 years of her life to shaping young minds in the education industry. Mary was born on June 25, 1973, in Lakenheath, England.

Mary's passion for teaching went beyond the classroom, as she was known to be a compassionate soul who loved to help others and had a profound love for nature and animals. Her zest for life was reflected in her love for reading, capturing moments through photography, and cherishing precious time with her family. Mary's adoration for life truly shone through the lens of her camera, capturing the beauty around her in every frame.

She is survived by her loving brother Mark Ledford, sister-in-law Michelle Ledford, and her dear nephews, Bryan and Robert Ledford. Mary's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Funeral services for Mary will be held at Greene Funeral Service South Chapel on November 9, 2024, at 1:00 pm. A Visitation service will follow at 2:00 pm.

Mary will be fondly remembered for her kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for life. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
