Marshall Claude Stroupe, Jr. 88, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, surrounded by his family.
Preceded in death by his love, Helen; and sons, Marshall and Lynn.
He is survived by his grandsons, Calvin (Sandy), and Matthew; granddaughters, Emilie, and Marie; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Marshall was a US Army Vet, who served during the Korean War. He was also a heavy equipment operator and truck driver for the state of NC where he retired.
A memorial service will be held 11am, Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
Burial will be private.
