Marsha Cuellar

Marsha Jean Cuellar, 59, of Statesville, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Iredell Memorial Hospital.

She was born on August 24, 1961, in Mecklenburg County, NC, to Doris Ott Coffey and the late Marvin Gene Howe.

Marsha loved traveling, especially to the beach. She also enjoyed spending time with her family.

Left to cherish Marsha's memories are her son, Michael Cuellar (Tiffany) and his daughter, Emma Jean Cuellar; daughter, Gina Cuellar and her daughter, Aliyah Mattingly; life partner, Thelma Shatley; mother, Doris Coffey (Eddie Luke); sisters, Jennie Howe, and Teresa Smith; brother, Trey Coffey; she is also survived by Clint Coffey, Amy Nester, and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Jerome Walker, will be at 5:00 pm on Friday, July 23, 2021, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC, 28052.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
