Marni Faith Etherton

Marni Faith Etherton, 52, of Gastonia, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center.

She was born on November 8, 1968, in Mecklenburg County, NC.

Marni was a very generous person. She loved her family and her furbabies with all of her heart. Marni was totally devoted to her family.

Marni is preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Johnson Jones; stepfather, Ted "Sarge" Jones; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Johnson; and aunt, Dovie Carroll.

Left to cherish Marni's memories are her husband, Allen Roary; son, Josh Ratchford; daughter, Kasey Etherton; and brother, Chris Crawford and wife, Marie.

A Celebration of Life officiated by Rev. Jeremy Burleson, will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S York Rd., Gastonia, NC, 28052.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment to follow the service at Evergreen Cemetery in Belmont, NC.
