Marlene Riley

Marlene Elizabeth Hensley Riley, 67, of Gastonia, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at CMC Main. She was born May 21, 1951 in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Jesse Coleman "Mike" Hensley and Muriel Adcock Hensley. Marlene was a member of Flint Grove Baptist Church, she was a homemaker, loved animals, loved crafts, was an avid Panther's fan, and she loved to watch tv with her husband. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Thomas. Marlene is survived by her husband Eldon Wayne Riley Jr.; son, Joseph Larry Thomas Jr.; brother, Arnold Hensley; sister, Patricia Archer; and beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
