Mark Randall Beavers, 55, met Jesus face to face on Monday, February 20, 2023, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
He was born June 3, 1967, in Gaston Co, NC.
Mark served the Lord passionately through his music for many years, with multiple Christian groups, as well as serving on the praise team faithfully at his church, Clover Liberty Pentecostal. Mark loved to make others laugh, and always had a story to tell or prank to pull. Every morning, he woke up with a smile on his face, ready to take on the world to provide for his family. Mark was a devoted, loving, husband and father, who sacrificed daily to put his family's needs ahead of his own.
Mark was a compassionate man who believed the janitor should receive the same amount of respect as the CEO, and always tried to leave people in better shape than when he found them. He will be missed more than words can convey.
Left to cherish Mark's memory are his wife of 18 years, Marsha McMahan Beavers; son, Micah Glaze; parents, Jack and Betty Beavers; brother, John Beavers; in-laws, Bob and Jan McMahan, who loved him like their own son; and many nieces and nephews whom he absolutely adored.
Family will receive friends 6-8pm, Friday, February 24, 2023, at Clover Liberty Pentecostal, 1045 N. Main St., Clover, SC
A funeral service officiated by Pastor Michael Coe, will be held 1pm, Saturday, at the church. Burial will follow the service at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clover Liberty Pentecostal Church P.O. 38, Clover, SC 29710.
