Mae Bolding

Mae Stewart Bolding, 63, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at her residence. She was born May 24, 1949 in Cherokee County, NC to the late Clyde Stewart and Bertha Owenby Medvidovich. Mae retired from Burlan Corporation after 33 years of service. A funeral service will be held 3 pm Sunday at Greene Funeral Service West Chapel 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia with the Rev. Scott Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 -8 pm Saturday at the funeral home. She is survived by her sons, James Edward Bolding Jr. and Jonathan Bolding, a brother, Hank Stewart, and sisters, Nora Dilbeck and husband Alden, Geneive Gibson, three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband James Edward Bolding Sr. and brothers, Herman and Norman Stewart. A guest registry is available online at greenefuneral.com.
