Louise Warren Rushing, 82, of Charlotte, passed away February 17, 2015 at White Oak Manor. She was born June 23, 1932 a native of Mecklenburg County. A memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday at Dixie Mission Center - 9816 Garrison Rd., Charlotte. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
