Loretta Wears Bragg

Loretta Wears Bragg, 74, of Gastonia, passed away December 29, 2017 at Courtland Terrace.

She was born August 17, 1943 in Akron, OH, the daughter of the late Ermon Alphonzo Wears and Mary McKeever Leitch.

Loretta loved her family and her dogs, Shogun, Chang and Twister.  She enjoyed reading, traveling and bowling.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold McArthur Bragg.

The family wishes to say a special thank you to the staff of Courtland Terrace and Hospice of Gaston County.

She is survived by her son, Brian Bragg and wife Donna; daughters, Tammy Clark and husband Jeff, Debbie Cofer and husband Robbie; brother, Gary Wears; sister, Sharon Swartz; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

All services are private.
