Lola M. Sellers

Lola M. Sellers,79, of Belmont went to be with the Lord, one month after her birthday which she celebrated with family and friends. She was born October 19, 1934 and on October 24, 1953, she married Kenneth R. Sinclair, who preceded her in death in 1992. For five years they owned the Siesta Restaurant in Zephyrhills, Florida. In 1997, she moved to Gastonia where she met her current husband, John T. Sellers of Belmont and they married June 18, 2005, with whom she made the best of life with until her passing. She is survived by her husband, John Sellers; two sons, Terry Sinclair of Gastonia, Richard Sinclair of Bourbon, IN; her daughter and best friend, Diana Sinclair - Hamblin of Gastonia; stepdaughter, Leslie Perrigo (Ross) of Mount Holly; two stepsons, Bill Nichols (Kathy) of Missouri, Dale Nichols (Alethia) of Idaho; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great granddaughter. A family and friends memorial is to be held Saturday , November 23 at the Sellers home at 2:00 p.m. She was truly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
