Lois Mae Forner

Lois Mae Forner, 88, of Stanley, NC, passed away, Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, NC.

She was born September 5, 1932, a native of Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late Clarence Everett Moss Sr. and Docia McCarn Moss.

Lois was very family oriented. She enjoyed reading, doing Saduko Puzzles, cooking for her family, listening to George Jones, watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. Mrs. Forner will be deeply missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Forner; son, Joey Forner; sister, Dean Greene; and brothers, Paul Moss, Charles Moss, Johnny Moss and Bill Moss.

She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Tolentino; son, Chevis Forner; grandchildren, Angie Craft, Stephen Craft (Amanda) and Michael Craft (Crystal); and great-grandchildren, Jacob Hallman, Hunter Craft, Landon Craft, Jenna Hallman and Adilynn Craft.

Family to host a private gathering at a later date.

Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
