Linda Farmer Trimnal

Linda Farmer Trimnal, 67, of Gastonia, passed away Wednesday March 9, 2016.

Linda was born December 10, 1948 in Gaston County, and is the daughter of the late Guy Thomas and Tessie Cantrell Farmer.

Left to cherish her memories are her two daughters, Sherry Poteat and husband Tom of Belmont, Patty Trimnal Martin and husband Harold of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Dylan, Kylee, Mallory, and Jonah Poteat; brother, Ralph Farmer; sister, Betty Hager.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Patrick Trimnal; brothers, John, Tom, Allen, and Wayne Farmer; sisters, Colleen Dye, Mary Ann Boyd, Margaret Huffman.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Road, Gastonia. Officiating Chaplain Walt Windley.

Visitation will be 1 hour prior at the funeral home.

Memorials may be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care of Lincoln County, 107 N. Cedar Street, Lincolnton, NC. 28092.

Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont.
