Linda Shubert

Linda Shubert, 71, of Gastonia, NC, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2021 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.

She was born, May 7, 1949 in Gaston Co, NC, daughter of the late Lewis Osment and Eva Poindexter Osment.

Linda attended First Assembly, Gastonia and Southside Baptist, Gastonia.  She was a very successful business owner.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother.

Linda is survived by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Shubert; sons, Gerald Ray Elkins and Joseph Scott Shubert; sister, Nancy Hollis; and grandchildren, Noah, Amy and Nate Shubert.

A funeral service officiated by Pastor Lamar Creel, will be held 1 pm on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Burial will be held at Gaston Memorial Park, Gastonia.
