Linda "Kaye" Pearson, 65, of Kings Mountain, joined with her husband, Robert Wayne Pearson at the feet of Jesus on December 4, 2013 She was born July 29, 1948 in Gaston County daughter of the late Ervin James Williams and Mary Earney Williams. Mrs. Pearson was a retired school teacher, who had taught at Webb Street School for over 30 years. It was her life's passion to inspire Special Needs Children. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd., Gastonia officiated by Rev. Leon Humphrey The family will receive friends 7:00 - 9:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Westview Gardens, Bessemer City. Mrs. Pearson is survived by: sons, Bradly Pearson and wife Sebrena, Timothy Pearson all of Lincolnton; daughter, Tammy Robinson and husband Rick of White Stone, SC; brother, Wesley Williams of Texas; sister, Ester Parrish of Kings Mountain; grandchildren, Adam, Wendy, Caryn, Mandi, Bryan, Katrina, David, Abigail, Seth; great grandchildren, Devin, Andrew, Madison, Emmy, Connor, Logan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: husband, Robert Wayne Pearson; brothers, Jack and Gene Williams; great granddaughter, Courtney Robinson.
