Linda Faye Hicks

Linda Faye Hicks, 65, of Lowell passed away September 6, 2013 at the Robin Johnson House, Dallas. She was born January 5, 1948 in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Jesse Andrew and Mildred Queen Parker. A funeral service will be held 6:00 pm Sunday at North Gaston Church of God officiated by Revs. Ted Smith, Jerry Willard, and Joe Heffner. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 6:00pm Sunday at the church. A graveside service will be held 3:00 pm Monday at Hillcrest Gardens, Mt. Holly. She was a member of North Gaston Church of God. She is survived by her: sons, Daniel Wilson, Darrell Wilson and wife Sally, Rev. Andy Nicholson and wife Stephanie, Scotty Beheler and wife Cara, Brian Hannah; daughters, Melissa Carpenter, Susie Bradley and husband Andrew; sister, Betty Meadows; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by: her sister, Carolyn Jenkins. Memorials may be made to the Gaston Hospice for the Robin Johnson House, P.O.
