Linda Kay Brown Evansek

Lowell, NC Linda Kay Brown Evansek, age 44, passed away August 28, 2013 at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia. She was born October 15, 1968 in Gaston County, daughter of Lewis Ray and Brenda Williams Brown of Gastonia. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm on Sunday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, officiated by Rev. Leon Humphrey. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Armstrong Cemetery, Gastonia. In addition to her parents she is survived by: her loving husband of over 22 years, Lewis Evansek of the home; daughters, Amber and Cheyene Evansek of the home, Sosha Evansek of VA; nieces,Tiffany Gagnon, Kimberly Dula and Amanda Dula all of Gastonia; cousins, Jeffrey Scott Mullinax of Rock Hill, Lisa Harper of Las Vegas, NV. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Elaine Dula. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
