Liam Wayne Shirey, 2 months old, of Kings Mountain, passed away June 30, 2021

He was born May 3, 2021 in Cleveland County, NC to Cody Shirey and Katelyn Rush.

In addition to his parents, Liam is survived by his grandfather, Ricky Rush; grandmother, Jennifer Rhinehardt; and great-grandmother, Evelyn Day.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 7, 2021,between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm at the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 216 Archie Whitesides Road, Gastonia, NC.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Scott Whitney, will be held at 11:00 am at East Gold Street Wesleyan Church, 701 East Gold Street, Kings Mountain, NC 28086. Interment will follow at Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mountain.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium.
