Leroy Conard

Leroy Conard, 61, of Gastonia, passed away, Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at his residence.

He was born December 2, 1958, a native of Gaston County, NC, son of the late Patricia Conard Wheeler.

In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Randi Saldana.

Leroy is survived by his daughter, Shellie Nations and husband Larry; brothers, Fred "JR" Byrd and Terry Wheeler; sisters, Darlene Clark, Wanda Gibson and Glenda Byrd and husband Brett Robinson; 2 granddaughters; 4 grandsons; and 2 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020 at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont.
