Larry Pruitt

Larry David Pruitt, 80, of Kings Mtn, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2021, at his residence.

A native of Gaston County, born on July 1, 1941, Larry was the son of the late Paul and Pearlene Shaw Pruitt.

Larry was baptized at 9 years old at the First Baptist Church in Bessemer City. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather. Larry was a hard worker, he installed HVAC for many years.

In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his brothers, Earl, Roy, and Arnold Pruitt and sisters, Margie Mason, and Louise Mayes.

Left to cherish Larry's memories are his loving wife of 56 years, Patsy Pruitt; sons, David Pruitt (Cindy) and Mark Pruitt; daughters, Sandy Wade, Beth Kopruch (Klaus )and Becky Beam (Jim); sister, Terry Schronce; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

A graveside service, officiated by Pastor Roger Mathis will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City.

Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service.
