Larry Marsh Frady

Larry Marsh Frady, 85, passed away December 14, 2022, at home with his family by his side.

He was born August 10, 1937, to the late William Sherman Frady and Grace Lena Frady.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ann Frady.

Larry was known and loved by many.  He was known for his jokes, caring ways, his smile, and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who had a need.  He was also a long time Richard Petty fan.  He was a wonderful second dad, uncle, brother, and father.  Larry was a veteran of the United States Army.

Left to cherish his memory are a son, Dan (Melinda) Frady of Gastonia; daughter, Laura (Rob) Hayes of Palm Coast, FL; his brother and sidekick, Ronnie Frady of Gastonia; sisters, Nancy (Clifford) Bradley and Linda (Ronnie) Laughlin, both of Gastonia; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A service to celebrate Larry's life will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 3:00 pm at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
