Larry Collins, Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Keith Collins Jr., who left us on December 19, 2025, at the age of 64. Born on July 4, 1961, in Gaston County, North Carolina, Larry was a life-long resident of Kings Mountain, where he was known for his friendly smile and warm spirit.

Larry proudly earned his high school diploma and went on to work as a security guard, dedicating himself to keeping others safe. He was a committed member of the security community, and those who knew him appreciated his reliability and dedication.

He is survived by his brother, Eric Collins, who will always remember Larry's adventurous spirit and laughter that could light up a room.

He will be dearly missed but never forgotten. All services for Larry will be private.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Larry Collins Sr. and Geneva Greene.
