Kristin Marie Sowell, 50, of Bessemer City, passed away Friday, January 22, 2016, at Caromont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia.
She was born January 13, 1966, in Muscogee County, GA, daughter of the late Larry Arthur James and Evelyn Teresa Wonyetye.
A memorial service will be held 2:30pm on Saturday at South Minister Presbyterian Church, 1401 Hoffman Rd.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
