Kim Willis Carter

Kim Willis Carter, 56, of Lowell passed away February 25, 2018.

She was born August 26, 1961, a native of Gaston County, the daughter of Virginia Huffstetler Willis and the late Ted Jay Willis.

Along with her mother, Kim is survived by her daughters Dawn Sawyer and Leigh Carter; brother Jimmy Willis and granddaughter Kaytlynn Carter.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers Neal, Mike and Eddie Willis.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2 – 6 pm Saturday, March 3, 2018 at her residence at 900 Rogosin Blvd., Lowell.
