Kenneth "Ben" Mitchem

Kenneth "Ben" Mitchem, 75, of Bessemer City, passed away on June 12, 2015 at Frye Regional Medical Center, Hickory. He was born March 18, 1940 in Gaston County, son of the late Dallas Neil Mitchem and Bonnie Caldwell Mitchem. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia officiated by Pastor Robin Taylor. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
