Kenneth B. Anderson

Kenneth B. Anderson, 71, of Bessemer City, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

Born on September 4, 1950, in Blairsville, Georgia, Kenneth was the son of the late Vester and Mary Hughes Anderson.

Kenneth retired from Stuart Gear Manufacturing after over 30 years of service. He loved painting, photography and playing Pickle Ball at the YMCA in Kings Mtn. Kenneth truly enjoyed carp fishing, especially with his grandsons.  He was very passionate about life and had a servant's heart. He was a friend to everyone and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Left to cherish Kenneth's memories are his daughter, Tashauna "Shonnie" Masters (husband Brent); brothers, Floyd Anderson (wife Debbie), and Steve Anderson (wife Jean); sister, Betty Beavers (husband Jack); and grandchildren, Lane, Ethan, and Toby Masters.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 216 Archie Whitesides Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052.

A graveside service, officiated by Pastor Bobby Gilley, will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Westview Gardens in Bessemer City, NC.
