Kenneth Allen Davis Jr (Grumpy)
12/10/1969 - 11/16/2025
Kenny was a beloved father, son and brother. He was an unforgettable friend to many. If you knew Kenny, then you know his heart was as big as his mouth. To know him, was to love his "grumpy" self. He loved his family and friends with his whole heart. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and fixing things, he was a dedicated worker at American Efird for 31 years, a dual member of the American Legion Post 155 in Kings Mountain NC, a member of the sons of the American Legion riders and the director of the legion riders of post 155, he was also member of the Stateline Masonic Lodge 375.
Kenny was happiest on the open road with "the wind blowing his cheeks", as he would say and his legion brothers and sisters beside him.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents Mary and Lee Longfellow and biological father Kenneth Davis Sr., maternal and paternal grandparents, two aunts, an uncle and cousins.
Kenny is survived by his two daughters Kase Davis of Kings Mountain, NC and Marcella Davis of Dallas, NC. His two sons Kenneth Davis III of Gastonia, NC and Mark Shea of Charlotte, NC. Three sisters Amy Longfellow (Daniel) of Clover, SC, Shannon Ramsey (Randy) of Kings Mountain, NC and Christina Davis of Belmont, NC. Four brothers Rexel Longfellow (Jessika) of Clover, SC, Russell Longfellow (Sharon) of Ohio, Randy Culp (Tracy) of Ohio and Robert Culp of Ohio. 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild, 10 nephews, 5 nieces and legion full of family and many friends that he loved dearly.
The family ask for prayers during this hard time.
