Rev. Kelly B. Ottinger

Rev. Kelly B. Ottinger, 56, of Rockwell, passed away January 22, 2015 at Harris Hospice Unit - Presbyterian Main in Charlotte. He was born January 21, 1959 in Gastonia, the son of Doris Brown and the late Burnett L. Ottinger. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Carol Roberts Ottinger; daughter, Hannah E. Ottinger and brother, Eric Keith Ottinger and wife, Wiebke of Charlotte. A funeral service will be held 2 pm Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Maylo United Methodist Church, 1900 Spencer Mountain Rd., Gastonia, officiated by the Revs. Steve Phillipi and Laura Auten. The family will receive friends 6 - 9 pm Friday at the church. Interment will be in Hillcrest Gardens. Memorials may be made to RCDSS - Attention Jon Hunter, 1813 E. Innes Street, Salisbury, NC 28146. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
