Kay Frances Beaver Bell

July 31, 1948 — February 19, 2021

Kay Frances Beaver Bell, 72, of Gastonia, passed away Friday, February 19, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

A Gaston County native, she was born July 31, 1948, daughter of the late James Beaver Sr. and Laura Cole Beaver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Samantha Burgess, and her sister, Vicky Boone.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of over 50 years, Jimmie Dean Bell; children, Barbara Burgess, William "Bub" Bell, Jeff Dean Bell, Laura McGugan, Jason Bell, and Chad Burgess Jr.; 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and brother, Bill Beaver Jr.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Scott Whitener, will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Temple Baptist Church, 701 Littlejohn St., Gastonia.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia.
