Kathy Diane Jones, 61, of Gastonia, passed away August 20, 2018 at Pardee Hospital, Hendersonville.
She was born May 13, 1957 in Gaston County, daughter of the late John Samuel Jones and Beatrice Lockridge Jones.
Kathy is survived by her brothers, Jim Jones, and Randall Jones; sisters, Sandra Christopher, and Janet Coleman; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Gene Jones, Jerry Jones, and Tommy Jones.
The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service on Friday, August 24, 2018, at the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service – 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052.
A memorial service will be on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial is private.
Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
