Kathryn Watts Payseur

Kathryn Watts Payseur, 80, of Bessemer City, passed away on November 18, 2015, at the Robin Johnson Hospice House, Dallas. She was born July 15, 1935, in Bessemer City, daughter of the late Charlie and Stella Watts. Mrs. Payseur was a member of Bingham Memorial Baptist Church, Bessemer City. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sisters, Georgie Mitchem, Florence Dellinger, Vinnie Barrett, Janie Lingerfelt; brothers, James Clyde, John, Noah, Issaic and Jennings Watts; great – grandchildren, Kathryn and Summer. Mrs. Payseur is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Boyd C. Payseur Sr.; sons, Boyd Paysuer Jr. and James C. Payseur; daughters, Patricia Gibson and husband, Thomas, Peggy Wilson and husband, William; grandchildren, Stephen, Timothy, Miranda, Wendy, Samuel, Lillie, Kathryn, April, Nelson and James; great- grandchildren, Hunter, Aaron, Dacey, Cierra, Jay, Hayley, Elizabeth, Anthony, Dustin, Micheal, Kelly, Amanda, Grace, John, Karma, Shawn, Makayla, JJ, Catlyn and Paul. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Payseur will be held 4:00 p.m. at Greene Funeral Service, West Chapel, 216 Archie Whitesides Rd. Gastonia, officiated by the Rev.
